The free tier of the Service may include advertising placements delivered via our current ad publisher, Monetag (monetag.com). Paid plans are ad-free.

Roulette is a game of chance. Each spin of a roulette wheel is an independent random event. No statistical analysis, pattern recognition, historical data, dealer profiling, sector bias detection, or any other information provided by this Service can predict, influence, or alter the outcome of any future spin.

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to TrackTheWheel in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100 (one hundred pounds sterling), whichever is lesser.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any data or spin results will be accurate, complete, or timely; (c) any defects will be corrected; (d) the Service or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components.
Casino lobby feeds are sourced from third-party providers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data obtained from these sources.
All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and data compilations on the Service are the property of TrackTheWheel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.
WARNING: If you intend to use the Service (or any data, analysis, or output derived from it) while physically present in a land-based, brick-and-mortar, or venue-based casino, you must first verify that such use is permitted under that venue's rules and applicable local law.
Many land-based casinos explicitly prohibit the use of electronic devices, tracking tools, data-capture software, or any system designed to record, analyse, or reference spin results on the casino floor. Violations may result in removal from the premises, confiscation of devices, exclusion from the casino, or in some jurisdictions, criminal liability.
TrackTheWheel accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any consequences arising from your use of the Service in a land-based casino environment. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality and permissibility of such use before you enter the premises with the intention of using this tool.
This warning applies equally to: mobile browsers, native apps, downloaded data, printed outputs, or any other form in which Service data may be accessed or referenced at a physical gambling venue.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent any security or access controls; (c) use automated bots or scrapers to extract data beyond normal use; (d) share account credentials with others; (e) resell or commercialise data obtained from the Service without written permission; (f) use the Service to facilitate cheating or fraud against any casino or gambling operator; (g) use the Service in any way that violates the terms of any casino or gambling platform; (h) use the Service in a land-based casino venue without first confirming such use is permitted under that venue's rules and applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrackTheWheel, its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any gambling activities conducted in connection with or following your use of the Service; (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
